Allen-Bradley
Probably the most widely used PLC in Northeast US, Allen-Bradley is often specified by our customers. We have extensive experience with Allen-Bradley, from large (multi-cabinet) control systems using the latest Control Logix, to supporting SLC-150 and PLC-2 legacy systems.
Siemens
Worldwide a major player in the PLC market, Siemens is also commonly used and specified by our customers. We have executed Siemens based projects across many industries, from wastewater to meat processing. We also have provided support for multiple customers with legacy Siemens equipment such as the Siemens S-5 plc’s.
Group Schneider
Another major component supplier, Group Schneider has a large base of users. In addition to smaller projects and supporting multiple customers with legacy Schneider equipment, one of our largest projects was a Schneider Modicon based system. It included over 400 i/o points, 4 servo drives, two dc drives, a Lexium motion controller and 29 frequency drives.
General Electric
We have extensive experience with GE plcs. Our largest project was the complete control system for a coal processing plant.
Mitsubishi
We started with controls upgrades for packaging equipment, and wound up supporting multiple Mitsubishi systems in the region.
Omron
Multiple customers have required support for Omron plc systems. Our largest Omron project was for a tube cutting line that originated in China. We wound up completely rewriting the program that included transferring of pipes and accurately positioning the pipes and controlling the cut cycle.
Automation Direct
We have worked with many of the Automation Direct plc’s from the basic DL-05 series to the Productivity and Click series.
Others
We have experience with Panasonic, Opto-22, Eaton, G&L, Horner and Unitronics. If you require support for some other plc, please call. There is a chance we have already worked on one.
